With the use of an X-ray fluorescence (XRF) Lead Paint Analyzer, we perform a surface by surface test of the painted components to identify the amount of lead present in painted or sealed surfaces in your home or building. We perform lead dust wipe sampling, water sampling, and soil sampling to find potential sources of lead in your home or building. Our detailed report shows where the lead based paint was found and provides recommendations. If necessary, we can include a lead abatement plan for your third-party lead abatement contractor to follow. We perform clearance testing to ensure the abatement was successful and that lead dust levels are below the EPA’s recommended levels.
